Email [email protected]. Tell us what happened and, if it's about a receipt, the date and the store. We reply by email.

Delete your account

In the app, open You and tap Delete account, then confirm. The privacy policy explains what happens to your data. Deleting your account doesn't cancel a Plus subscription; cancel it as below.

Cancel Plus

Plus is billed by Apple. Cancel it in your Apple account's subscription settings: on your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Reclaimo. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to stop the next renewal. Apple handles refunds.
